Stonecrest Medical Center
Situated on 43 acres at the intersection of Interstate 24 and Sam Ridley Parkway, the $55 million Medical Center opened in November of 2003. The 185,000 sq. ft. acute care facility serves the growing primary care needs of the Rutherford and South Davidson County market. The 75 bed facility, with future expansion to 150 beds, offers a full array of services including emergency care, general surgery, cardiology, obstetrics, intensive care, diagnostic services and cancer care.
LEA provided master planning, zoning coordination, and engineering design services. Construction documents included infrastructure improvements, sinkhole repair, permitting and stormwater detention analysis. LEA also provided design services for two medical office buildings on the campus totaling over 210,000 sq. ft.
