Evans, Kuhn & Associates is a single location, privately owned, professional consulting engineering
and land surveying firm located in Phoenix, Arizona since 1977. The firm’s two Principals, George
L. Evans and John D. Kuhn, Jr., are registered civil engineers and registered land surveyors, their combined experience in
civil engineering and land surveying totals more than 50 years.
Our firm has over 32 years of continuous experience in the civil engineering
aspects of Commercial and Governmental Office Planning/Design Experience here in the Metropolitan Area of Phoenix, Arizona.
Both of its principals have been directly involved with the planning and design of such notable projects as The New
City Hall for the City of Phoenix and The Engineering Annex (One Stop Shop) for the City of Scottsdale. Each
year the firm completes the planning and design of over one-million square feet of new office buildings in the Metropolitan
Area. Our firm is particularly well suited for this assignment because of its surveying, planning and design
components that compliment each other and are involved on a daily basis with the site selection and due diligence aspects
of Office Building Locations. It is critical to develop a good understanding of the existing and proposed
infrastructure that would be needed to support a new office building. The EKA staff of seasoned engineers,
technicians and surveyors brings a unique talent to the team that will make the site selection process as simple and smooth
as possible.
